# Custody and security Opus’ highest priority is ensuring LP and LT assets are protected from risk of theft. To this end, LP and LT assets are cold stored at OpusTreasury and only brought on-chain when needed for transactional purposes. Moreover, multisig wallet authorization will be used for movement of assets across the Opus ecosystem.
